Users must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines.

5. Digital Transactions

All transactions conducted through the Platforms are subject to verification and confirmation.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by technical issues, third-party service providers, or user errors.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment and account information provided is accurate.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platforms, including logos, graphics, text, software, and designs, is the property of Obollo Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from the Bank.

 

7. User Conduct

By using the Platforms, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to any other user’s account or our systems

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Engage in phishing, spamming, or other deceptive practices

Use the Platforms in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
